Depending on funding, travel grants may be available to students and early career scientists (PhD + 5 years) with proof. Applicants must have submitted an abstract for the conference as the first or unique author. Grants would either cover flights or accommodation or waiver on registration fees. 

Applicants must submit a reference letter (supervisor for students, head of Department/team/laboratory for early career scientists), one-page CV and a letter of motivation indicating the available resources to cover their participation and the requested support from the local organizing committee.

Your may be required to complete an application form, upload supporting documents, make the application fees payment, and/or submit hard copies of the form and documents as directed.
